• All items are supplied in knock-down format and to be assembled by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is set up properly, that all screws are inserted and tightened properly and that the bed is stable before using it. We do not take any responisibilty for any injuries caused by misuse or because of poor setup.
  
  
• Please ensure that if any box arrives damaged, that this is noted on the waybill. If the customer signs for the product without making note of damaged to the parcel there shall be no grounds for claims in terms of any damages later.
  
  
• Some bunk beds require a special size bottom mattress which Little Dreamz can supply at additional charge.
